these v belt pulleys are for the diesel 10 hp motor from china.  you can’t just put any pulley on the shaft, but these  ones will fit and work perfectly
 
other pulleys aren’t tight enough and can be lose and cause damage.  this pulley system works great on the chines 10 hp diesel motor
